IP DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
Our pre-tapeout IP engagement process is designed to ensure the success of our customers' projects from the very beginning. We assist in defining system specification requirements and IP design specifications, tailoring our approach to meet customers' unique needs. Once an IP program is underway, we hold weekly status meetings to track schedule milestones and ensure weekly progress.

Key milestones include comprehensive reviews of design schematics, simulations, block sizes, and power consumption. Throughout the IP development process, we work closely with our customers' SoC design teams, proactively identifying and addressing potential integration issues. We also review and simulate our customers' integration of our IP cores to ensure seamless and successful first time wroking silicon.

Our commitment to customer support is unmatched. We are available seven days a week, all our designers and program managers provide their cell phone numbers for to address our customers' urgent questions. We pride ourselves on being readily accessible to address any concerns and ensure the success of customers' projects.

IP VALIDATION PROCESS
Our IP silicon validation process is thorough and customer-focused, ensuring the highest quality and performance of our delivered IP. We often design custom test chip solutions, packages, and validation boards tailored specifically to validate our IP.
We provide our customers with detailed designs of our validation test chips and boards, enabling them to replicate our testing environment within their production requirements. In cases where it is necessary, we can utilize our customer's production package or design a custom test-chip package to closely mimic the production environment.
To support seamless replication of our validation process, we deliver a comprehensive validation report along with a silicon validation training manual. This allows our customers to duplicate our validation results accurately in their own lab environments, ensuring consistency and reliability in the final product.

IP PRODUCTION QUALIFICATION PROCESS
Our production qualification process is designed to ensure seamless integration and reliable performance of our IP in our customers' products. We collaborate closely with our customers and their contractors on production characterization and product bring-up. Our team assists in defining critical testing parameters, including loopback testing for ultra-high-speed converters, burn-in architecture and vectors, ESD and latch-up integration requirements, ATE integration, and scan testing and vectors for IPs with digital circuits.
Throughout the entire qualification process, we work hand in hand with our customers' production teams, providing both call and on-site support. Our commitment extends beyond the initial qualification; we stand by our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their product, from conception to end-of-life, ensuring continued success and reliability.
